Return for replacement to PROHEALTH ASIA PACIFIC Pty Ltd, PO Box 159, Winston Hills, NSW Australia 2153. Please include a copy of the original receipt.

Register for warranty online here. Advantage of registering online is that you don't need to supply a receipt at time of warranty replacement.
